225g Brown Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1.5tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Step 1: In a bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla till well combined
Step 2: Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition
Step 3: In a separate bowl, mix mashed bananas and cinnamon powder.
Step 4: Add the mashed banana and cinnamon to the batter
Step 5: Sift together the flour and baking powder and fold it into the batter.
Step 6: Add the chopped walnuts and mix well.
Step 7: Pour the batter into a lined 300g loaf tin and bake at 165C for 20-25 minutes.
Step 8: Cut into slices once it is cooled down and enjoy!
