If you love your brownies warm,a bit cakey and less gooey or fudgy, this recipe is for you!
120g Castor Sugar
85g Brown Sugar
125g Dark Chocolate
15g Cocoa Powder
1/2tsp Baking Powder
Step 1: Melt together the butter, castor sugar, brown sugar and dark chocolate in a microwave and set aside to cool.
Step 2: Once cooled, whisk the eggs and add into the chocolate mixture.
Step 3: Sift together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and fold into the mixture with a spatula till incorporated.
Step 4: Bake at 180C for 20 minutes in a lined 8-inch baking tin.
Step 5: Once cool, cut into squares and serve.
