Chocolate Coconut Truffles_SBC

Chocolate and Coconut make for a beautiful combination. These simple truffles are the easiest to make and we promise you won’t be able to stop at just one!

Ingredients:

100g Coconut Milk
50ml Cream
350g Dark Chocolate
100g Desiccated Coconut

Method:

Step 1: Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a hot water bath.

Step 2: Heat the cream and coconut milk together in the microwave for 1 min 30 sec or boil on a stove over medium heat.

Step 3: Pour the boil cream and coconut milk over the melted chocolate and gently whisk till the mixture is homogeneous.

Step 4: Add half the desiccated coconut and mix well.

Step 5: Refrigerate the mixture for atleast 2 hours or overnight.

Step 6: After refrigeration, make even sized balls of the mixture and roll them in the remaining desiccated coconut.
