Mawa Cake

Ingredients

Condensed Milk: 100g
Melted Butter: 80g
Milk: 100ml
Flour: 80g
Cardamom Powder: 1 tsp
Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Sugar: 50g
Mawa: 100g
Pinch of salt

Method

Step 1: Melt the butter in a bowl

Step 2. Add condensed milk to it and whisk

Step 3: Pour in the milk

Step 4: In another bowl, whisk all the dry ingredients together

Step 5: Now put your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until incorporated

Step 6: Add mawa to the batter

Step 7: Pipe the batter in any silicon mould/ cake tin/ cupcake mould

Step 8: Bake it at 160C for 12-15 mins
