Nutella Brownies are our favourite type of brownies. If you love Nutella, you don’t want to miss out trying this recipe. (P.S. It’s Eggless)

Ingredients:

75g Dark Chocolate
125g Butter
50g Brown Sugar
100g Flour
75g Oats
150g Nutella
100g Chopped Roasted Hazelnuts

Method:
Step 1: In microwave, melt the dark chocolate and butter and leave aside to cool.

Step 2: Add the brown sugar to this mixture and stir till combined properly.

Step 3: Fold in the flour with a spatula.

Step 4: Add the oats and mix well.

Step 5: Add half the hazelnuts to this mixture and leave the remaining for garnishing.

Step 6: Grease an 8-inch baking tin with butter or line it with parchment paper or foil.

Step 7: Preheat the oven to 180C while you evenly spread the mixture on to the baking tin.

Step 8: Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes.

Step 9: Top the brownies with Nutella by spreading it across evenly. (You can add extra cause we all know HAPPINESS is Nutella, LOADS of Nutella)

Step 10: Garnish with chopped roasted hazelnuts.

Step 11: Cut into squares and serve.
