Hey guys!

Hope you all are well. I haven’t been to my kitchen in over 2 months, we’re in the middle of a pandemic AND there’s a cyclone that’s supposed to hit Mumbai soon – I couldn’t have picked a better book for our book club this month.

I’m very excited to read Dr Sonali Gupta’s book – Anxiety: Overcome it and live without fear. In these last few months there have been several instances where I felt extremely anxious. I’m hoping this book helps me understand myself and my mind better and gives me the tools to deal with an overcrowded mind.
