125g All Purpose Flour
200g Condensed Milk
125ml Thums Up
2.5g Baking Soda
10g Baking Powder
Step 1: In a bowl, mix the melted butter and condensed milk and whisk.
Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda and whisk till well combined.
Step 3: Add half the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Step 4: Add Thums Up to the mixture and then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5: Pour the batter into a greased 6 inch cake tin.
Step 6: Bake at 180C for 30-40 minutes
Step 7: Once cooled down, glaze it with chocolate ganache or sauce
